No, we do not take refunds on purchases.

Login to your account and view your order history. If the item purchased is available for download, click its name to view the download page.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships must be cancelled from your PayPal account. We cannot and you cannot cancel directly from the site.

Q: How long are memberships?
Memberships range in length. A one month membership will last 28 days. A 6 month membership will last 182 days.

Q: What is the price range of the videos?
The prices of our videos range around the price: $59.95. Custom videos will cost more depending on what you request.

Q: What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.

Q: How do I purchase videos?
Add the videos you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. On the checkout page you will be presented with all the available payment methods.

Q: What steps must I take to register?

2. Select a subscription, and click "Continue"
3. Fill out your billing information, and press "Continue"
4. Fill out your personal information and create a username and password

Q: How do I renew my subscription?
The renewal of subscription(s) can be done by either money order or Paypal.

Q: What do I get when I purchase a subscription and become a member?
When you become a member, you will get mpegs (videos), exclusive stories, thousands of pictures, sneak previews, and much more.

Q: What are the message boards?
The message boards are free, and is a section of the website where you can ask questions, and meet new people.

Q: What happens if I have a technical problem downloading?
We need to know what specifically was the problem, test it out, and provide you with 2 alternatives: a) a chance to download again where we would refund your money less the paypal fee or b) ask you to pay the difference and we would send you a DVD. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Q: Do I have to be a member to purchase a DVD?
No, you do not.
